Initiate a Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the paper flowers back in their original shipping box with all protective buffers to prevent delicate petals from crushing during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our artisans inspect the returned bouquet, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
